PRIVACY POLICY.

WHAT PIQZI PROCESSES

When you request an analysis, Piqzi sends the selected photo, category, mode, and language to our analysis service. The photo is processed to create your score, critique, suggestions, and verdict.

Our server also processes limited technical information, such as an IP address and request identifier, to provide security, prevent abuse, and apply rate limits.

HOW PHOTOS ARE HANDLED

Piqzi’s application server does not save photo contents after an analysis request completes. Photo data is forwarded to an AI inference provider solely to generate the requested result. Service providers may process limited technical logs under their own security and retention practices.

Your Piqzi history and its photos are stored locally on your device. You can delete the complete history at any time from Settings.

PURCHASES

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. Piqzi receives transaction and entitlement information needed to unlock credits or unlimited access, but does not receive your full payment-card details.

TRACKING AND ADVERTISING

Piqzi does not use advertising SDKs, sell personal data, or track you across apps and websites.

SHARING AND SERVICE PROVIDERS

We share request data only with infrastructure and AI providers needed to operate the analysis service, or when required by law. We require providers to protect data consistently with this policy.

YOUR CHOICES

You control which photos you submit. You can remove local results from Settings, manage subscriptions through Apple, and contact us with a privacy or deletion question. Because Piqzi does not require an account in V1, we generally cannot associate completed anonymous requests with a particular person.

CHILDREN

Piqzi is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
