THE SERVICE

Piqzi analyzes photos and produces AI-generated scores, critiques, suggestions, and verdicts. Results are entertainment and general creative feedback, not professional advice or statements of fact.

YOUR PHOTOS

You keep ownership of photos you submit. You grant Piqzi the limited permission needed to transmit and process a photo for the analysis you request. You must have the right to use each submitted photo and must not submit illegal, abusive, exploitative, or privacy-invasive material.

AI-GENERATED RESULTS

AI results can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unexpected. Do not rely on Piqzi for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other professional decisions. Roast mode critiques visible choices and is intended to be playful; you remain responsible for how you use or share a result.

CREDITS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

The first analysis is free. Additional analyses may be purchased as consumable credits or through an auto-renewable unlimited subscription. The price and billing period shown by the App Store before purchase control the transaction.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple under its applicable terms.

ACCEPTABLE USE

Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass usage limits, probe or disrupt its systems, reverse engineer protected components, or use results to harass, threaten, discriminate against, or harm another person.

AVAILABILITY

We may update, suspend, or change the service to maintain security, quality, or legal compliance. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.

LIMITATION

To the extent permitted by law, Piqzi is provided “as is” without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
